Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of All India Abacus & Vedic Maths Academy’s services, including registration for our courses, participation in classes (physical or virtual), and engagement with our online platforms.
Enrollment & Eligibility Students aged 4–14 (Classes I–X) are eligible to enroll. Registration requires accurate completion of enrollment forms and compliance with our code of conduct.
Service Delivery Courses, including Abacus and Vedic Maths, are delivered either in-person or virtually via Zoom. Classes are scheduled on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, two hours per week). The structure, timing, and availability of courses may be updated periodically.
Payment & Fees All fees must be paid as per the prescribed schedule. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
Intellectual Property All course material, content, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of All India Abacus & Vedic Maths Academy. Users may not reproduce, share, or distribute course materials without written consent.
Limitations of Use You agree not to misuse our services or platforms. Harassment, cheating, or any activity detrimental to other users or the organization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability We strive to provide high-quality educational services but do not guarantee specific academic results. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.
